Terms & Conditions

Account: Includes all company information, contact details, preferred payment details and listing content.

Approval of Account: Your Victorian Heritage Services Directory Account is not confirmed until approved by the National Trust of Australia (Victoria). The Account contact will be notified once the Victorian Heritage Services Directory Account has been approved and published on the Heritage Register website.

Fees: A renewable annual fee is payable on creating your Account. The annual renewal fee is due and payable at each anniversary (renewal) of your Account establishment.

Maintenance: Ongoing maintenance of the Account in the Victorian Heritage Services Directory will be the responsibility of the Account holder.

Cancellation: Minimum four weeks’ notice from renewal.

Refunds: Fees will be refunded, within 14 days of notification, if your Account is not approved. Refunds will not be issued outside of these terms.
