With over 40 years of experience in structural and heritage work in Ireland, the UK, and Australia, Eamonn is a strong advocate for creative design. Joining Partridge in 1989, Eamonn was managing director between 2009 and 2019. His areas of interest include bespoke structures, structural use of glazing, entertainment and event structures, and public artwork. A leader in the engineering industry, Eamonn is a former president and board member of the Association of Consulting Structural Engineers (ACSE) NSW and is on the Engineers Australia National Heritage Committee. Eamonn continues to give lectures in structural engineering in both Ireland and Australia.

Nick joined Partridge in 1983 and was appointed director in 1987. Nick has extensive experience in structural design and remediation. His particular interest lies in investigative and forensic engineering, and the application of new and innovative concrete repair techniques are his passion. Nick is involved in forensic investigation and reporting of building defects, as well as the scopes and project management of remedial works, and is sought for his expert opinion. For over 30 years, Nick has acted as a heritage engineer on numerous domestic, institutional and commercial heritage listed buildings. Responsible for project control and design of residential, commercial, and industrial developments, Nick provides technical review and implementation.
