C&R Ryder Consulting specialises in high quality Arboricultural consultancy with the aim to provide accurate assessments allowing informed decisions.  We specialise in the assessment and management of trees of significance, heritage listed gardens and culturally modified trees.  Cameron is the Principal Consultant with over 20 years in arboriculture and consulting.

The consultancy specialises in the following Arboricultural matters:

• Tree Surveying using GNSS systems,
• General health, condition and risk assessments,
• Integration with urban planners, landscape architects and utilities, .
• Arboriculture and town planning in accordance with AS4970-2009 Protection of Trees on Development Sites
• Investigative/Forensic Arboriculture and Expert Witness in Magistrates Court, Coroners Court, VCAT, EES hearings and Planning Panels.
• Species identification and selection, with detailed plant knowledge, we can identify species, research their suitability and use and provide referenced documentation.
• Project supervision, oversight and certification, we have a long history of project arborist implementation, most notably as the project arborist on the Metro Tunnel currently under construction.
