GJM Heritage is led by two Directors with a team of seven associates and heritage consultants. The GJM Heritage team have considerable experience in the field of heritage assessment and management, bringing together skills in architecture, urban planning, interpretation, architectural history and history. We offer services in the fields of research, heritage policy, planning, heritage impact assessment, development and expert witness work.
We have a comprehensive understanding of local, State and Commonwealth heritage listing and statutory approvals processes and a proven capacity to deliver high quality results.
We bring a thorough understanding of thresholding of heritage places at local, State and Commonwealth levels, and have advised local councils, the Heritage Council of Victoria and the Minister for Planning on the application of heritage criteria and thresholds.
