Dr Jennifer Jones-Travers, BA (Archaeology), MA (Anthropology and Archaeology), PhD (Archaeology), M.ICOMOS
Jennifer has 20 years of experience as a heritage professional, archaeologist, artefact analyst and collections manager. She specialises in the delivery of high significance and high-risk projects requiring stringent, expert reporting and risk reduction planning. She has a PhD specialising in Australian archaeology and artefact analysis and has led historical and Aboriginal heritage projects at places of state, national and world heritage significance across Australia.
Jennifer is a full international member of ICOMOS and a listed Heritage Advisor with First Peoples-State Relations. She is also a member of the Australasian Society for Historical Archaeology, the Australian Archaeological Association and Cultural Heritage Practitioners Tasmania.
Christopher Clark, BA (Archaeology), MA (Heritage Management), M.AACAI
Christopher is an experienced archaeologist and heritage advisor, having worked for over a decade in Australia and overseas. Christopher has directed a broad range of urban and rural archaeological programmes, including many large-scale excavations in Melbourne. He is also extensively involved in Aboriginal cultural heritage management, primarily in Victoria, and has a deep understanding of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006.
Christopher is a listed Heritage Advisor with First Peoples-State Relations and a full member of the Australian Association of Consulting Archaeologists Inc. He is also a member of the Australian Archaeological Association and Australasian Society for Historical Archaeology.
Alistair Hobbs, BA (Hons) (Archaeology), M.AACAI
Alistair has almost 15 years experience in managing Australia’s heritage and is distinguished by his comprehensive expertise in managing archaeological places in New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, and Western Australia. Alistair’s proficiency encompasses the direction of complex fieldwork programs, including surveys and excavations, effective stakeholder and Traditional Owner engagement, client liaison, and the authorship of comprehensive reports.
Alistair is a listed Heritage Advisor with First Peoples-State Relations and a full member of the Australian Association of Consulting Archaeologists Inc. He is also a member of the Australian Archaeological Association.
Nikol Ignatovic, BA (Hons) (Ancient World Studies and Art History)
Since graduating from the University of Melbourne in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), majoring in both Ancient World Studies and Art History, Nikol has worked on historical and Aboriginal sites throughout Victoria and Tasmania. She has worked as a site planner on multiple complex, large-scale historical archaeological projects, including the Metro Tunnel project. More recently she has been working as site manager on large-scale historical archaeological projects. Nikol has experience in the study and exhumation of human remains, underscored by her recent bioarchaeological work with the University of Technology, Sydney.
Nikol is a member of the Australian Archaeological Association, Australasian Society for Historical Archaeology and Egyptology Society of Victoria.
