Wendy completed a Bachelor of Archaeology with Honours at La Trobe University in 2010 and is a registered Heritage Advisor under the Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006 and a full member of the Australian Association of Consulting Archaeologists Inc (MAACAI). With well over a decade of experience in the heritage industry, Wendy is highly proficient in technical archaeological practices in Victoria as well as the management of historical archaeological sites and Aboriginal cultural heritage. Her expertise includes conducting comprehensive archaeological assessments, managing fieldwork projects, and ensuring compliance with relevant heritage legislation. Wendy is passionate about fostering collaboration between stakeholders, including Indigenous communities, government bodies, and private organisations, to promote the preservation of cultural heritage.
